Wen-Shiaw’s field of interest is related to food science and biotechnology. After receiving his masters degree in food science major at National Chung-Hsing University in Taiwan and biotechnology major at Texas A&M University including intern at the Southern Plains Agricultural Research Center of USDA, he joined SYNBIO TECH Inc. as a researcher in the R&D center for probiotic and starter culture projects. He now serves as a manager for marketing and promotion of commercial probiotics in overseas markets including Americas, EU, South East Asia, Pacific Asia, Middle East.
