After 12 years holding different positions within Kaneka's affiliate company AB-Biotics, S.A., Jordi currently holds the position of Chief Business Officer and Head of Probiotics in Kaneka Probiotics. He has been responsible for the launch of over 250 probiotic products in more than 90 markets worldwide, while being involved in the innovation and product development pipelines of Kaneka/ AB-Biotics' probiotics. Jordi holds an MSc in Biotechnology in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a BSc in Economics in Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and management diploma by IESE Business School.
