Vic has practiced as an attorney at the Federal Trade Commission since 2002, save for a four-year stint at the Federal Reserve Board, where he also practiced consumer protection law. During his tenure at the FTC, where his work has focused mainly on investigating health-related advertising claims, Vic served as a Counsel to the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, advising on a wide range of consumer protection issues, including advertising, privacy and data security, and financial fraud. He also served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.
